This outfit is sooooo Annapolis, haha. I had fun playing at preppy this day (don't worry, I didn't wear my Sperry's).
The Shirt is Polo, and the skirt is Club Monaco-acquired via Bronwyn's clothing purge a few months ago. You can't see my shoes really well, but they are from Value Village in Toronto.
